Delivery & Returns


We’d would like to reassure all customers that we are open for business and orders are being dispatched within promised time-frames. Our standard delivery time-frame is 24 to 48 hours (business days ) in Mainland Spain and Portugal. For orders placed after 13:00 pm, Monday - Friday, will be processed the next working day. We would not be the business we are today without the support of our customers and dedication of the Monkey Business team and, during these uncertain times, the health and safety of our employees and their families is our number one priority. We work with Seur and Envialia for our logistic needs and we have put into place measures to ensure everyone is safe at work. We understand how difficult it will be to celebrate these special occasions for loved ones right now but we can hopefully provide a little sparkle of happiness for families who are able to celebrate safely at home. Orders placed after 13:00 hrs on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next available working day.
Occasionally for larger orders, the weight of more than 1 kg will add extra delivery charges. We will let you know of any additional charges before sending the item out.


Other Overseas Countries Unfortunately we are only able to dispatch orders to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed you will need to arrange a suitable courier. Please contact us if you require more information.

All the product prices are inclusive of IVA.

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days and we will refund you the cost of the product returned only.
